Hi all , just picked up my first Guzzi V7 Special 850. I have been riding for 30 plus years and this is my first Italian bike .

Hi Barrie and welcome. The same for me. 30 years and first Guzzi. V7 850. At first I thought I’d made a mistake. Different power delivery and bike foibles. Now, I wouldn’t be without it. I love it and its comfort, uniqueness and engine. I bet you will love it 
(the foibles were like whether it actually had a neutral ). Enjoy mate.

Thanks Bazzer, I’m looking forward to getting to know the bike. I have admired the brand for a while and nearly pulled the trigger on one a few times, I am impressed with what I’ve experienced so far.
