New Model V85TT Noise from final drive

Hi All, I put my bike on the centre stand for cleaning a day or so ago, on rotating the rear wheel I noticed a slight clunking from the final drive that I have never noticed before, I may have been asleep or not paying attention, anyone elses bike do this ? It may be perfectly normal but I haven’t noticed it previously

I get a very slight knock once in each direction (sounds like as the slack is taken up) but then quiet as it turns after that.
