New Welsh member with a V85TT

Hello.
Traded in my 2012 BMW R1200GS in a moment of madness for a V85TT just because I love the looks. This was just over a year ago.
I didn’t enjoy the 3 hour ride home from Cornwall. Thought I’d made a mistake. Was planning to keep it for a year and trade it in for something else… roll on 12 months and I wouldn’t part with it. Once you get into the Guzzi groove it’s fast enough, comfy and does whatever I want.
Took Ronaldo (that’s his name) to the IOM TT this year. Perfect bike for carrying luggage, keeping me relatively dry and quick on the mountain.

Anyway, if you see me out and about, give me a wave.

Hello mate and welcome. I did the same thing. Traded my Tiger 1050 sport for a V7. Ride it home and didn’t like it at all. 10 months on and some miles later I love it. Comfortable, gorgeous and unique. Have fun.

cannot resist, but those pavers are all over the place incuding the infill on the drain all all different sizes. Abomination! At least the Guzz gives it some order

Think I got them from AliExpress a few years ago and had forgotten about them.
Used Gregory Benders loom so they are controlled by the Guzzi switches.

lol. That’s on the IOM where the Speed Triple died!

The spots look like they might get a bit warm next to the exhaust?

Where in Wales are you? My preferred riding area as it doesn’t take me long to cross the old bridge and ride some great roads.

I’m in the hills of Newport!

They’re ok, they’re air cooled spots!

was cosidering putting some vintage looking metal ones on my loop, but worried they would get too hot

looks like you may be doing something questionable/ rude/ illegal there
