New wiring loom for Cali Ev 1997 fitting codes on wires..?

Hi I’m fitting a new Loom to my California EV and was wondering if anyone knows what the codes on the wires mean.


For example two have “DX” and two have “SX” printed on the wire sleeve is it a simple right side left side indication ? and another has “M”…
Thanks for any help

I suspect that the DX and SX are right and left respectively. Is the one with M on it brown?

Thank you, the wire with M on it was Motor rotation sensor…? Checking it against the wiring diagram.
