Hi there my fellow Guzzistas!
Think this is my first post on the site as recently bought a new (to me) beautiful kept low mileage 2014 Stelvio 1200 8V from A&D Motorcycles in Denbigh as many know are a Main Moto Guzzi Dealer with other lesser brands too!
Lived on Anglesey, North Wales since moving from Derbyshire some years ago but ex (who is American) didn’t approve of me having a bike when we moved here?
But as my circumstances changed so did the desire to renew my long relationship with motorbikes and as I like unique things, different from the norm in many areas with the Stelvio ticking all the boxes.
Currently sorting out secure storage at home and all the necessary kit, so made use of the Black Friday online sales.
So looking forward to better weather and ridesout but am no far weather rider, but just hate being cold and wet sat on a bike for hours as like many I’ve done that too much in my younger years!

The Stelvio 1200 8v suits me to the ground and I am definitely looking forward to enjoying both the bike and the beautiful area in which I live in the near future and particularly on those warmer days in 2025!

I’ve only ridden through Angelsey on the way to the Dublin ferry, but when working on the M25 many many years ago, I had a pal from the area who’d tell me about riding his Z1R along the great roads ‘up in the mountains’. The Guzzi will be a great bike to explore them, enjoy.

Hi Gee. Welcome to the Guzzi world and I hope you enjoy that Lunar White Stelvio as much as I did (yes, it was mine)!
I’m also in North Wales and now have a V85TT, amongst other bikes.

The bike is in fantastic condition and hope to keep it that way in the future.
Definitely the bike for me, even though it’s a big beast! I did consider the V85TT but this older Stelvio ticked all my boxes.
