NTX and TT 900?

Good point.
As Guzzi enthusiasts it’s easy to lose sight of the economic realities in modern Italy. Government contracts are smaller, massive government loans (gifts) have all but disappeared, fewer loopholes in the legislation.
Piaggio have got their work cut out. Good luck to them.
All the best
Steve

They built one and called it the 1100 Sport

Yep.

Only if it’s got a Bella motor in it. Actually that’s a bluddy good idea…

Sorry Chris…wouldn’t have one on the place…unless I bought it for nowt to flog on…uncomfortable and not that quick imho…
The Daytona is a much nicer thing…

i had to build my own v7tt hybrid to get what i wanted.

Let’s be in no doubt about this. What we desire as individuals may be poles apart from what sells. I wish it was the case that we could dial up a replacement to the V11 Lemans or 750 Breva knowing that the Guzzi factory could, theoretically, make it,

Guzzi have studied the market and taken notem they are not going to make a bike that ‘we’ want them to make beacause the same ‘we’ will not put our money where our mouth is,

Personally, I reckon a MK6 Lemans would hit the target but Piaggio have other Marques (Aprilia) covering the ‘perfomance sportsbike’ marketand are happy to let the V7 cover the classic end.

Jon.

Now where has that been said before.
