Oxford Guzzisti - I’m lucky enough to live near these guys. If you’re struggling to find, say, a good mineral 20/50w, you might give them a try. All sorts of cleaning gunks and all sorts. Located at Bicester Heritage/Airfield, there’s a brewery taproom on site, too. Just saying!
Any more details? The only thing I can find under Oxford Oils is a company in Witney that sell cooking oils.

Its a company called classic oils. Used to be down teh road to me in Aylesbury - now - slightly further down the road 
that’s them, but now not called Classic Oils! good place.
I use their oils. They stock various 20W/50 Oils. The one I use has extra zinc to ensure good lubrication of cam followers
