Hi all I have recently purchased a 2008 Stelvio with full luggage. The panniers are Moto Guzzi own brand plastic ones and are the ones commonly found on the Norge and Breva not the boxes usually associated with the Stelvio, however the new locks are there but the plastic inserts that the lock sits in are missing. The bike seller has searched high and low for these parts without any success could anyone help me ie where I could find these parts and supplier details please. 
i think you are going to have to go to a dealer , it will be in there accessories catalogue , if you are lucky .
