Hello all 
In the last upgrade to the forum Personal chat functionality was added.
It’s similar to personal messaging in social media.
Just choose Personal Chat from the menu, click on the + and you will see who is on line.
Being a sad person I have been chatting to myself

I’m sure we could invent another badge 
I was more thinking a new badge (for me) for not using it! Or perhaps we need a chatbot to, um, chat to? ((o;
Well it came free with the latest upgrade to the Forum, so Nigel and I thought why not! Just offering our members more options.
I actually can see some uses, e.g. someone asks a technical question and if the person with an answer is online, they can chat directly and instantly.
