Gutsibits do a repro(?) “on special order” their site says (search: “seat strap”).
if you are not concerned about originality and the ability to qd the hinged seat, two suitably sized bolts with domed nuts to the outside will do the job nicely.

fwiw, the OE part can be elusive and/or expensive, so even a repro is a win if you’re seeking originality. the same part is, as far as i understand it, used to secure the seatstrap on the 850T3 California, and equally scarce in that context.
armed with the Guzzi part number (17462570), i eventually secured mine from ebay after a wait, from a saved search, and at a fairly reasonable price.
These were missing entirely on my Le Mans (1), so I have made some strap locking pins using stainless M8 exhaust studs, a nyloc nut inside, plain nut outside with washers both sides and then a dome nut to finish off the outer face, which i had to turn down to match the eyelets. the final touch are a pair of R clips to lock the strap in place, yet make it simple to undo.
The short plain section of the stud provides the bearing surface for the strap when in position.
I have also used stainless pins with R clips for the pivots on the rear seat. With these I can have the seat off or back on within a few seconds.
Here is a list of the Ebay items used. Overall cost ~ ÂŁ25 the lot, although I did go through a few drills bits boring the R clip holes through the dome nuts and studs (NB put the dome nut on the short end of the stud).
