First on the list I think has to be “Fortified French Retreat”. Vikki & Pete Morcombe’s place in the Deux-Sevre region of France.
They offer B&B, a Bunkhouse and Camping, as well as Vikki’s fabulous cooking and Pete (also known as Reboot) knows his way around Guzzis!
