Quadlock case question

I’m having trouble finding which quadlock phone case to buy that fits my phone, Galaxy A32 5G.
Anyone using such a device and know where I can get one?
(Mounting kit and vibration damper on the way)
Cheers Phil

if it isn’t shown on the quadlock website then you’ll have to buy the universal case adapter that sticks on an existing case. idk how strong the sticky is on those.

EDIT: just checked and i cant see one for the A32.

nearest model number is bigger so case will be slightly too big/loose

Cheers Sid,
Been in touch with quadlock supplier and they suggested the adhesive fitment…
I’ve messaged them to see if they ever made such a cover, can’t find a one old stock new or used.

My friend just used the adhesive fitment type on a 12 day trip along single track trails in Mongolia that we did, it shook the bikes constantly due to the rippling of the tracks - he had no issues at all.

Cheers Russell,
Just been doing some research found the adhesive part and an Otter box cover, would you know if the otter cover is up to the job?
Any idea what case your friend used?
Regards Phil

He just used a regular ebay press in cover - nothing as fancy as an Otterbox

As long as it has a smooth area on the back for the adhesive it should be fine

Thanks for the info Russell :+1:

You do need to check which plastic the case is made from. Quadlock tell you somewhere which ones won’t work - the first case I got on an old Motorola was no good. But the same quadlock universal attachment worked well on an otterbox case. You have to do some research.

The Quad Lock Universal Adaptor uses a 3M™ VHB 4952 Adhesive which will adhere to smooth, non-textured, non-porous surfaces such as:

  • Plastics such as PC, ABS, PVC, Nylon, Acrylic
  • Non-painted metals
  • Un-coated glass

The adhesive will not bond to the following substrates:

  • Rubber, TPU, TPE
  • Leather
  • Silicone
  • Hydrophobic coated glass (Also known as anti-fingerprint glass, which is found on the back of most modern smartphones)
  • Soft touch coating or paint
  • Low surface energy plastics such as Polypropylene (PP), Polyethylene (PE), Acetal, HDPE
  • Wood

Cheers inspectorman, I’ve ordered an otter slim case and the quadlock adhesive fitting

Check with Quadlock, l have a Google Pixel 7 and they sorted with a case specific for phone

Did try Quadlock and they never did a case for the galaxy A32 5G, adhesive fitting is now stuck to the otter case and the mounting kit is on the bike :+1:

Universal - Universal Adaptors - Quad Lock® UK - Official Store

I would get one of the universal adaptors and fix it to the back of any case that fits your phone securely. I must admit, I wouldn’t trust the universal adaptor’s adhesive in the long term, so I’d probably use a good 2-pack epoxy to secure it to your case.

Just did Norfolk and back (432miles) Quadlock stick on adapter worked fine😎
