how do you take of rear springs from shock absorbers as they need replacing,and I what to keep original units,is there any videos on you tube etc, any help excepted.
I’ve done it by hand before now, put a couple of bars across the springs, stand the shocks up on the bench and push down. You then need a third hand to ping the collet out the top of the shocks.
Stout tie-wraps can be useful for holding the springs compressed.
