I need to replace a rocker box gasket due to an oil leak. The question is, how do I access the two inner bolts that are obstructed by the petrol tank and its embellishment?

One side is easier than the other, generally you need to release the tank bolt by the seat, remove the 2 side panels (one bolt each) then remove the front grill that bolts to the tank at the front (4, 2 each side).
Then you can raise the tank from the back, being mindful of the fuel hose and cables, wedge this with a piece of wood.
You should be able to access the rocker bolts now.
