Russian refugee in Norfolk

Happy New Year to all and greetings from the member formerly known as Russki Guzzi. I accidentally lapsed for a few years, recently rejoined so thought I should reintroduce myself. I’m a photographer and was living and working in the former Soviet Union for many years. Rode my Bellagio there from England, rather foolishly bought an old Stelvio while there. Last year after some - ahem - creative differences with the FSB I had to leave Russia in rather a hurry. But I fled in style on a V85tt, and not before I rode that Guzzi all round Russia to Vladivostok.
So now I’m in Norfolk, don’t know for how long, and I’ve rejoined. And just to prove I never learn I bought a Griso 1200 SE in November.

Good boy . See you somewhere soon. Cheers.

that’s ’normal for Norfolk’, surely? (o;

Welcome back.

Hi Ray, see you on the road.

:rofl: Thanks very much.

Welcome back. I recall some of your amazing photos and videos from the Squadra Guzzista forum.

Gotta say, I’m a little concerned…
A message from ‘Russki-Guzzi’, a reply from ‘RedRay’… if there’s another from someone called ‘AngryGuzziBears’ I’ll start thinking this site is being used to pass coded messages normally found on the Dark Web :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:
Welcome back all the same :+1:
(Though I’d guess a Siberian Gulag is more inviting than some parts of Norfolk.! :rofl:)

Yup, that has been said about us before . Only met Jeremy once , at a rally in Lydney , so no risk to national security. Cheers.

Top man! A Griso 1200SE is a wonderful bike. Mine’s under wraps on the Optimate at the moment.
