Bought my V7 which came fitted with a trio of cases. Last week a Corbin seat came up on a well known fibternet auction site. When it came to fitting it fouled on the mounting bolts. Just. I looked at the original MG seat and it too appears to have been cropped and re-stapelled. Is is a known issue ?
I was going to have the seat reworked but am nipping into town to buy some dome headed screws, which I will put in to reduce the width.
Which worked. Still slightly snug, but at least it locks down. Cost me £1 at my local bolt specialist for 2 stainless dome cap head sockets.
