Hi Roy,
The bolt holes line up with any tonti frame, I’m not sure if they will line up with the upsweep of your exhaust system, I’m near Durham if you want to check,

Afternoon Roy,
The footrest fixes the silencer on, I used small aftermarket ones they can be seen if you zoom in👍
