Does anyone have any recommendations for repairing the broken pins on the top of Le Mans side panels please
Would buying these be an option? They are LeMans panels, not SP1000.
Thanks for option but it looks like they also have the pins that the rubbers fit on missing but interesting to see how the metal tabs have been fixed
I melted into the plastic thick copper wires which I’d bent into staple shapes, & built up lugs around them with a soldering iron & the plastic from old sealant cartridges. This lasted a while but gave out again. I think the tabs are too narrow really for this sort of repair. My thought for my next attempt is to put rivets through.
Hi thanks for suggestion, James from hardline paintworx in Perth sorted out solution with a small bracket and screws which works for me. Really helpful and knowledgeable guy.
