haven’t fitted it yet as I’m going to paint it black first, it looked like it would fit if the beak was taken off, horn fitted, then beak replaced. I’ll post a photo when I get it fitted (if!)
I had the twin horns mounted on my crash bars but I have seen them mounted on the screen frame. On the crash bars the beak does come close but as long as it doesn’t touch that’s fine.
best bet is a zinc based spray, if you get hammerite on the diaphragm it will cut the sound down, as it needs to oscillate freely

finally got around to fitting the horn last weekend. took a bit of bending of mount and terminals to get it to fit and then bending again after fitting because it was vibrating on the engine bars and sounded horrible.

there is just enough room, I didn’t even need to remove the beak in the end.

I had to do a bit of reshaping too I think.
