Speedometer No Speed , Odometer OK

Hello reader,

Looking for some help before diving into speedometer on a 2010 Cali.

Went for a ride yesterday and noticed that I was doing zero miles an hour. (Yep, was in gear and moving along with traffic :joy:)

First thought was that cable had snapped / broke / or something else. Then I noticed that whilst the needle was sitting at 0 mph, the odometer was counting the miles.

Back home I checked that the cable was firmly in place.

Do you have any advice, insight or pointers?

If the odometer is still working then the cable is ok. I would suggest that you get the speedometer looked at and overhauled. I use Speedy Cables in Wales, they are very good but they are not speedy. Maybe give them a call.
