Sport 1200 Erratic Electrics

V1200 Sport (2v). Occasional Starter “Click no Start” and more recently random Hazard Flashers switch on at random and need ignition off to re-set.

New battery and checked the usual suspects (Earth Connections, etc)

Any ideas?
