Useful info here for later Stelvio 1200 owners with 45mm fork legs - To start with only intended to renew Headrace bearings so these bought from Gutsibits, tough job getting old out and new in but done now. Intended to change fork oil but noticed play in fork tubes so here the fun begins ! Ordered seal and bush set from Pyramid Parts and unfortunately completely wrong set sent. Replacement set received over a week later thanks to Royal mail ‘problems’ So these should have fit but lower bush way out which mystified Pyramid. Ordered the seals from Gutsibits but they couldnt source the bushes. Did a bit of research and cross- referenced various posts and parts lists discovered that the Aprilia RXV- SXV 450/550 2006-2011 have the same 45mm Marzocchi forks and more importantly same part numbers - ‘upper fork bush’ AP9100855 45x15 (its actually the lower bush) and the ‘lower fork bush’ AP9100856 (its actually the upper bush)
If as is most likely you want all bushes, the part number is AP9100859 for the set (without the seals) I can confirm these fit.
So searched for these and found the genuine Aprilia parts from leicesterbikeparts on ebay. Leaflet in box for ‘ultimateparts.net’ Hope this helps anyone else after doing their late Stelvio 1200 headstock and forks.
