Yes, in the owner’s manual.
I would add I use different settings but these are the best place to start experimenting from.
Me being a batfastard I’ve got mine set for rider and passenger, on both settings.

Mine is set for passenger but with softer damping than recommended.
I have pillion often and usually don’t bother changing it back unless I’m doing a long trip solo.
Safer having a slightly too hard ride with solid handling than set for solo then taking pillion, the handling gets a bit wobbly that way.
For solo I usually use 2nd notch on shock and damping wound the whole way out unless I’m taking full panniers/luggage.
