Throttle cables, one or two?

Good day all,

I have a 1982 T3 California which I’m getting ready to sell, just waiting on the tank to be re-coated now the inside has been sealed.

It has a single throttle cable from the handlebar to a splitter taking a cable to each carb.

I also notice that there are Guzzi’s out there that have a twin cable from the throttle to each carb.

Is there a preferred method or are each as good as the other?

I prefer 2 single cables as they are easier to route and to adjust independently, in my opinion
