Can anyone speak to commonality of Guzzi throttle tubes? That is the tube under the grip that the throttle cables hook onto.
A US company called G2 Ergonomics makes a “throttle tamer” tube with progressive action - the cable attaches to a ramped section rather than a perfectly concentric one. Result is a “slow” acting throttle at small openings, but a “fast” throttle as you give it gas.
I had one on my Ducati Monster. That bike’s light flywheel made it hard to ride smoothly at legal speeds. The G2 throttle helped achieve smoother riding. Plenty of flywheel on my 2018 V7III, but it can be a bit snatchy in low speed maneuvers. I think a “tamer” would make it easier to ride smoothly also.
But the G2 website shows no Guzzi applicability after 2013. I suspect that is because G2 has not made the effort to research and update their data. The only small blocks they list are 2013 V7 Stone. (And V7 Stelvio NTX. There is no such model is there?)
