Hi all,
I’m thinking of replacing the tyres on a 2006 Nevada 750 and was wondering if anyone has any recommendations on tyres to go for / avoid?
There’s some options here. I was surprised to see Metzeler Roadtec as an option and have heard good things about them.
I’d be v grateful for any thoughts!
I use Brigestone Battlax BT 45 on my old Tonti but I also put them on the Spada III I used to have. Good wear rate and feel. Not sure about the sizes you are looking at though.
Thanks Chris - I’ll look into those.
For the record, the tyre sizes are:
Front: (100/90 R18) |
Rear: (130/90 R16) |
Rim Diameter: 18 |
Rim Diameter: 16 |
Tyre Size: 100 |
Tyre Size: 130 |
Aspect ratio: 90 |
Aspect ratio: 90 |
Just to update on this thread, I went for Metzeler Roadtecs, and they are excellent!
I run;
Battlax BT 46
Front: 110/70 17 54H TL Tire pressure: 2.5 Product code 17388
Rear: 130/80 17 65H TL Tire pressure: 2.7 Product code 17398
