Is it sacrilege to want to charge and mount my phone. I already have a Quad Lock on my Bandit, so today I have bought a mount for the Le Mans.
I have an odd hole on the lower dash that will accommodate a micro USB socket and fill a rather annoying hole, indeed not sure what was there originally.
photo? some tonti dashes had a large ‘dash light’ for brake fluid level in the foot-operated brake, often defunct (after 40 odd years and a number of owners).

I fitted a USB socket under the seat to my honda.
It kept it away from rain and was so necessary when camping at the Isle of Man.
Perhaps that would give you a clean look?
Apparently they cause some parasitical drain on the battery even when nothing is plugged into it, so beware.
