Evening ! I have cali 1400 touring , i am finding the cali a bit heavy ! Anyone riding a mandello ? Looks great and good reviews ! Anybody have any experience on the mandello they would like to share ??
There is a raft of shared experience in posts in the V100 forum on here and a number of Facebook groups dedicated to the V100 too, so you should be able to find plenty of pros and cons.
My experience running up 21,500 miles in 3 years is that it’s a cracking bike, very engaging and capable. My bike suffered from a lack of grease in various key places during assembly but otherwise has been good. Certainly no engine issues or electronic problems.
My advice as for any bike would be to test ride one. Good luck!

I was convinced I was going to buy one to replace my Tracer 9GT until I had a test ride on one and a V85TT. It is a brilliant bike, fantastic engine and a great chassis and I was all ready to put a deposit on one and then I had a test ride on a V85TT. I was convinced a 80hp adventure bike wouldn’t be for me (adventure bikes have never appealed to me) but it’s more comfortable than the V100 (for me) and I preferred the character of the V85. Those are of course very subjective things. Get a test ride and keep an open mind. Maybe try the V85 as well.
I certainly preferred the V100 to my old Tracer
