Hi, looking at swapping my 2022 V7 for a 2023 V11. Have seen a very nice Scura (though have two non Scura to look at too). My question is are ALL Scura’s liable to the clutch exploding if not modified?
Got a V11naked sport, 2003. Done dozens of track days and purposeful Sunday rides leading power rangers. Clutch is solid.
Worth carrying a Pawl arm spring when touring mind and gasket paste. Get the lead UJ greased too.

Think the sport was ok, the issue seemed to have been with the Scura which apparently had lighter clutch plate. Probably going to get a sport too.

Universal joint.

The UJ is the joint between the gearbox output shaft and the drive shaft to the rear differential. It allows the drive train to be flexible when the swing arm moves.
