Brembo or Grimeca brake? - the part no. you posted is for Grimeca, it seems. Brembo version (GU39659100) is available at Gutsibits - and is listed as common to many other models.

I got mine in stainless steel from Shaw Engineering, they advertise on eBay. My bike has different brakes from yours though so beware.
