V35 which coil side's which?

Quick one. Which coil goes to which side as you sit on the bike?

Assuming it follows the same wiring logic as the big block models, the coil with the green wire goes to the left and red wire to the right coil.

Neil, your bike is a 1978 V35 with electronic ignition? If so the right hand coil has a blue and black wire and the left hand coil a yellow and black wire.

It only occurred to me, could you not trace the HT leads back? Or it just isn’t as simple as that … :grin:

I think that Neil has a box of bits and not a complete bike. But thanks for your suggestion Mike

Well it’s nearly complete but not all in one place/piece…
I found the wires to the coils were the both black but there was a join and after removing some tape the colours you spoke of Chris were uncovered. Hurrah.
