Any ideas where I could get a spare indicator lens?
Gutsibits don’t seem to have the right ones. The old one crumbled as I fitted it.
Are they made by CEV? Thety crop up on ebay occasionally, but I can’t see any listed at the moment.
The Lucas ones used on many 70’s brit bikes are pretty similar and you can get them with long or short stems. If you do go down this route, add an extra earth wire from the indicator body as they usually need it.
I may have one that I don’t need but would need to drag out the wiring loom which is in a box at the moment and can’t remember if it is the bike’s original or one I replaced with a different indicator…it’s been so long since the bike was on the road I can’t remember.

Hi Steve…sorry…I have had a look and I have some after market cheap ones somewhere…had to look at old photos as I can’t find them and it jogged my memory that I ditched the originals.

I found the right ones. Unfortunately, they are in America but they are NOS so I’ve ordered a couple of them. Normally id have gone for all four but I’ve spent too much on my toys this week (motorbikes, mountain bikes, bass guitars).
I have that problem too but life would be no fun without them
Did they ever arrive? I went through a phase of collecting CEV indicators lenses about fifteen years ago (I have no idea why) and having checked, amongst them are two of those lenses. IIRC they actually came off a Jota. If you still need them DM me. If you don’t need them I’ll put them on the Marketplace.
