V85tt low seat, and side stand wanted

Hello, I am looking for a low seat for my V85tt, has anyone got one spare? & a side stand, condition not that important.
Thank you.

I have a low seat I may be happy to let go, depending where in the country you are

Brilliant, I am in Herefordshire but would be happy to pay postage.

Honest time, I got it not long ago second hand, I paid £200 for it. I have no idea what make it is but I know it’s not the Guzzi one. It’s maybe 20 mm lower than the standard seat. I’m guessing postage would be about £10 to £15 but I may not have a box big enough, so it may just be wrapped the best I can  I don’t know how to attach a picture for you.

Hello pockets, got the pictures now, yes it is different to standard isn’t it. How do we contact regarding specifics?

Via PM (private message) on here, please do not post personal contact details on the public forum

Yes Chris, realised this, that’s why I asked the question, will attempt to send private message now.
Regards.

Also looking for a v boost as well as a lower seat.
Thanks.

I have lowered my 85tt by removing the rear preload adjuster and replacing with a collar bought on EBay from Germany. 25 mm off the rear and forks dropped by 16mm. My seat is customised by Sussex Motorcycles cost £150 - with softer memory foam, slight lower and narrowed at the front. Removed the bungs under the seat and got the side stand cut and welded 30mm shorter I can now flat foot with 29 inch inside leg and 5 ft 7 inches. I can recommend seat customisation as you can watch the process and try out before the cover is put back on, also can go back and modify again I have tried gel and other seats and customisers and this is better for me.

If Sussex motorcycles is the place operating out of Blacklands Farm, Wheatsheaf Road, Henfield, Sussex, BN5 9AT. they did my GRiSO seat and it was very very comfortable indeed.

If you don’t use them i would grab the seat that ‘Pockets’ has as it looks substantially lower than standard whereas the factory “Low30” seat is not much lower.

Taking the underseat bungs out helps but I tried dropping the preload on the shock but found that it hits the bump stop almost all of the time :frowning:
