Evening all.
Had a good ride today around the peaks. I gave the bike a quick check over and noticed the oil level is on the minimum mark. It’s 1500 miles short of the 6000 mile service so i just want to top it up. Can anyone advise on the oil from the factory and the amount i need.
E5 model.

whatever oil the dealer put in after the 900 miles service.
i bought a box of the same oil my dealer used when i picked the bike up after the running in service, 27k later i still have a little bit left
ps my bike is 2021 E5
I got just over 200cc in using the syringe. But I have not filled to the top mark as i never fill any engine to the max. Normally I measure the oil by volume . MSC had oil on the shelve.
i usually put in about 100ml, but I’m only topping up from halfway to about 2/3rds on the sightglass. i don’t fill it to the top either, if it’s about 2/3rds cold once it is warmed up it’s up to the top anyway
