V9 mapping

Afternoon All

I’ve finally decided to get the fueling on my V9 sorted, so that i don’t kangaroo around every roundabout.

So im looking for someone with
A) a dyno
B) a reasonable distance from Gainsborough Lincs

So far I’ve ony found TorqueTune near Ollerton
http://www.torquetune.co.uk/

Anyone used them and/or can recommend someone else.

Cheers
Tris

V7 850 E5 has hesitation issues as well. Cut the EVAP hose a short distance below the solenoid valve (it’s in the hose that goes to inlet manifold), shove an M8 bolt up it as a plug, instant cure.

Can’t help with a good mechanic in your area but I’ve recently had hesitation issues with my 2022 V7 850 and had my local trusted bike whisperer do a complete evap delete (it’s apparently what the cool kids call it……) and thereafter he hooked it up to the magic laptop and he reset everything. He said the bike just had to re learn all the settings including the throttle position sensor and it worked like a charm. Good luck with your particular bike mate.

I’ve heard back from BSD in Peterborough that they can do this.

I’ll report back here once i get it sorted

Seriously look at the EVAP issue first before doing anything drastic :astonished:

It could really be a simple fix and cost nowt…

BSD are ok but they’re generic, did a good job on my gtr1400. Get in touch with Todd @ Guzzitech, he will have an off the shelf solution. I had a 2009 Stelvio that he transformed with a reflashed ECU posted to me as an exchange.
