Dear all

Next Wednesday, 23rd, is our Weekday ride for July, details as follows

Meet at Orton Scar Café - from 9 am onwards for a 10 o clock departure.

Through the villages (Crosby Ravensworth, Mauds Meaburn, Kings Meaburn, Culgaith, Ousby and Melmerby) and up to Alston ( toilet stop and petrol if required).

A689 to Stanhope, B6278 to Eggleston.

Lunch at Eggleston Hall café.

B6278 to Barnard Castle

B6277, over A66 and down Stang Lane towards Langthwaite, then right towards Tan Hill and to Kirkby Stephen for coffee/toilets and end of the ride.

I’ll try to get down to meet whoever is there, although I can’t do the whole day I can ride up to Alston with you and head North from there. Should be at Orton for 9:15.
