In the balance of fairness then, if one is not allowed to openly criticise a company who gave out bad service, then surely we are not allowed to openly praise a company either! or does this only work in one direction?

I’m guessing if the other party wanted to play awkward then it could become a libel issue.

Using US-based companies would I imagine put the costs up because of freight charges.

I have always found them very knowledgeable and reasonable.

I would concur with Ian’s point. On a couple of occasions I have had issues with parts from Gutsibits but a quick phone call and any problem has been satisfactorily and proffessionaly sorted out. They are a small company who genuinely want and try to do good business. The majority of orders have been 100% first time with quick postage.
That’s been my experience.
