Just a reminder that DocBike’s very informative booklet can be ordered from their website (just Google!), along with many other useful things, and there is an extra freebie for club members. In the 'Order Notes (Optional) section, just enter ‘MGCGB free CRASHcard’. This provides a card you can tuck into the lining of your helmet giving useful details: medical history, medications, allergies, next of kin etc. Plus a sticker for the outside of your helmet so that emergency services know to look for it.
