Yahoo blocking forum notifications

Anyone else here use a Yahoo.co.uk email address and has stopped receiving emails from the forum notifying them of posts in a thread they are following?
Yahoo seem to be blocking a few emails that I used to receive. It started with Linkedin, then Subito and now they are stopping the club forum emails. A Google search suggests it could be due to Senders lack proper SPF (Sender Policy Framework) or DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) records, a mandatory requirement. All of which means absolutely nothing to me.
They are not in my spam folder, the club is not in my blocked website list, they are just not getting through.
Anyone got any thoughts on this? Are others having the same problem?
Many thanks.

The Web officer can check that the settings are correct, those settings have been a requirement for a few years now, so I would think they are in place.

yahoo recently said they were introducing mailbox storage limits, not sure if that’s an issue.

if you’re getting other emails normally then it isn’t a full mailbox problem.

I have seen about the Yahoo limit, I’m at 9gb out of 15 so that’s not the issue.

I have managed to raise the issue with Yahoo help and am awaiting a reply.

I don’t opt for notifications anymore for any foums because of exactly this kind problem, (although there is one that still works) and not just this forum. What is most likely going on is that you are receiving so many emails over a period of time that look so similar, that at some point a bot automatically flags them as spam, and thus it’s blocked. Years ago when I was assistant admin for a web site we had to go into the forum code and rewrite all the subject titles for the topic email notifications, so that they looked different to what was before, and so not trigger the email bots. Would only work for a time anyway, until the bots noticed the new pattern.

What I do now is have saved in favourites links to the ‘New Topics’ page of all the forums I’m interested in, and just go through them in rotation.
