Continuing the discussion from MCN Stelvio Road Test:
Disappointing, Moto Guzzi didn’t display at MCN London Motorcycle show, again this year.
Haven’t been at Motorcycle Live at the NEC in November for the past 2 years, so not surprised they weren’t at the MCN event.
Aprilia have also stopped exhibiting so I assume it’s a Piaggio group marketing decision to withdraw from UK motorcycle shows
They probably think the future is on-line / social media marketing, but frankly speaking there’s no substitute to look & sit on new bikes “in reality”
At November’s NEC event, BMW, Honda & Triumph had massive (and very well patronised) stands - credit to them
I don’t think Piaggio are doing Guzzi any favours in adopting this approach
