Hi all anyone know the size of the molex connectors on my sp1000 need to replacace the plugs under the tank.

The big electrical plugs for handle bar controls sitting between the cylinders 12 and 15 pin.
Molex is a ‘standard’ - get 12 and/or 15 pin versions from the sources provided earlier and you’re good to go.
I believe there are different pin sizes.
As stated above the two main connector blocks are a 3x4 and a 3x5 and both have one edge that is “pointy”. The recepticle side has ears for locating in the bracket under the head stock. The pin sizes are 6.3 x 0.8mm.
Some of the later bikes with A printed circuit board had a slightly different arrangment.
I used Tyco for my re-wire. Search TYCO Mate N Lok on Ebay. You will also need a pair of folding style crimp pliers e.g. Ebay item 224508147607
A very small screwdriver can release the tabs of the pins from the old connectors, but if these are dirty I would trim back and re-terminate.
