Or like BobV7 he was frightened you might turn out to be a Guzzi bore. There are some strange people out there and some ride Guzzi’s.
Spose so!
There is that aspect about it. Like when I had my first T140V, you didn’t better not be the shrinking violet type, stop anywhere and all and sundry want to collar you and tell you their own Brit bike story. Or just gawp. (In groups.) Even just nipping down to the local shops could take 2 - 3 times longer than normal due all the extra-curriculum ear bashin’! One time it was a gang of skin’eads, another time, '60’s Rockers lookalikes…
Caught sight of a big block rocker cover on a blue Guzzi, Stockton-bound on the Haverton Hill Rd this afty.
Phil
White Mk1 Le Mans heading south on A22 yesterday and another 5 miles up the road, a silver blue Mk1 pulled out from the bike shop so it did.

What are the odds!
Half an hour ago. A487 coast road outside my house in Llanarth. Yellow Cali (III?). I was getting the bins in.
I was spotted on the A406 by a guy in a 6.3 AMG SLS gull wing Merc who was giving me a good ole look while I was bogging his car.

First Guzzi I came across was a Cali back in about 1978. Fun but it was like driving a wheelbarrow. The second was a brand new Lemon ordered by Lord Hesketh shortly after and which promptly behaved in true Guzzi style by emptying the contents of its’ gearbox all over the inside of the packing crate and workshop floor. Figuring they may have improved a bit I waited until 2010 before ordering one myself. Nope, it still needed a replacement engine. Now that’s what I call tradition!
See, I’ve got some boring stories too!
That was probably me on the way to get the boat home
I didn’t get much of a look but I like the colour. Not sure I’ve seen one like that before. We should visit Ireland one day being so close to the ports. There are still so many places we haven’t been in the British Isles. Never been to Scotland either although I flew up to Orkney for work once. Northumberland next month.
Out ofmy window, just now…its the one I left there last night…
Black & White T3. Haslington around 4pm this afternoon.

A41 Eastbound going towards Aylesbury yesterday. Going by the visible RH rocker cover looked like a modern one.
Sorry that’s the best I can do!
Not a Guzzi, but a “Think Bike” Moto Guzzi Club sticker seen in the rear screen of a white Skoda Citigo crossing Gunthorpe bridge early this evening. Is this a local owner/member?

Terrible taste in cars as well as bikes then!
Q-reg, fully faired, twin headlamp wearing Le Mans (mk2 I think) heading down York Rd towards the Wandsworth roundabout, 2pm today. Sounded sweet, mate
What colour?
D’you know, I didn’t even notice. Red and black I think. I was just thinking how much nicer it sounded than my mk4.
