Lovely ride to Leominster on the back roads for coffee and cake
I always check my tyres when home
All sorted but a bit of a pisser as the tyres are a month old
Dave on the red and gold one
Nice to see you bought pizza!
Not sure that’s how you fit a sidecar?
Yesterday I bought a Griso 8v 1200. Today I managed to manoeuvre it into the garden with the intention of making it cosy in the shed together with my V7 stone. I am absolutely over the moon with the shear joy of it
Pretty Pretty.
Do you know GrisoGhetto? It is a very useful resource with some really expert (and opinionated lol) peeps on there.
I had a white 8v 1200 for 3 years (not yours- blue-grey wheels and no crashbars) and the Ghetto was very valuable
Thanks Johnny…I’ll check that out. Cheers Larry
That is one good looking motorcycle!!
That Griso look lovely Larry. Enjoy
Update = I’ve named her Rizzo.
most likely bone idle lazy tradesmen
I had a puncture in the car, when I returned to the client the next day I found loads of self drill screws scattered in the road, I had noticed that the builders opposite had parked there van in the same place, probably fell out of the door pocket , I picked up about 50 identical screws and the crushed box, then slung them on the clients drive, when they get punctures on their Audi A8 and Audi Q8 they might put two and two together
excuse lack of sympathy, but seeing her reverse out and drive away phone in hand , makes me less than sympathetic
Well played sir.
Picked the V100S up from my daughter’s where its been parked in a garage since the beginning of August. Started at the first turn of the key, never having been on a charger. Now prepping for riding from Gloucestershire to Northumberland tomorrow. Maybe a bit chilly.
I was surprised that my Breva 750 started second push of the button, its been parked in my garage on the Ctek charger since the Lord Mayors show last year
but i do keep it well maintained by Tony Botto,
I hope your journey goes OK, we had snow in Cheltenham and the world stopped !!! my ancient Skoda did Ok though, all weather tyres and a Diesel engine are a good mix
Rode it the 298 miles to Northumberland and we both survived. The bike didn’t miss a beat and returned decent fuel consumption on what was basically a boring motorway thrash. I only got slightly chilled around the edges.
Nevertheless I am impressed. Sorry to say nowadays my cut-off point is 10 Celcius. Below that don’t want to know.
As soon as I saw “Audi” you had me onside
Last friday I sat in a long traffic jam, at least I had Arti Shaw to listen to, eventually we get moving
An Audi driver had taken flying lessons, 5 trees had bits missing,l
lots of bushes ripped out of the ground and a road sign flattened ( they now have a special design to allow them to collapse) , A sport Audi was on its side minus bonnet wings bumpers boot and many other bits, that were either in the trees or scattered around, and being swept up by the council workers
thankfully all of the protective devices did their job and the driver survived, they are nice cars, well engineered, many are built in the Skoda Factory
but they seem to appeal to those with little sense ?
I bet his insurance is going to be expensive when he renews !!!
quite made my day that
Good effort Mr South-Westerly…
As someone who commuted for many many years on two wheels, I’ve always told people there’s a ‘level of commitment’ required to ride a motorcycle 365 days a year.
It’s not always pleasant, but I found even the worst days reward you with a perverse sense of achievement, well they did me.
