Went to Guzzi meet nr Bodmin. Interesting ride home with visor misting up, Cornish roads and patchy fog!
Rode my loop to work and back. Not exactly overwhelmed by the new brake shoes but definitely better on way home than in the morning, so maybe will bed in a bit.
Sunny afternoon so tortured some steel into headlamp and dash brackets for the SP.
Nothing with ours…due to deliverin a bike to Lanark…then descending into the madness that is the M6…was a good day…despite all that…
Nothing with the Guzzi, but did take the Bonnie out for a spin as the sun was shining.
Finally got the Convert out for a test ride after the winter rebuild, luvverly! Moving the handlebars back a mere 1/2 inch has made a huge difference, feel more planted on the bike and it wasn’t until I got home after about 40 miles that I realised that the helmet visor had been up all the way, no buffetting, and all in all more comfortable. Funny things, Guzzis.
Managed to get out on my V7 loop for a short-ish run. Haven’t been able to ride lately due to probs with my wrist. Seems OK now. 130mile round trip for branch meet tomorrow will be a better test!

Nothing. But i did take the Triumph along to the Scottish branch meet today, 65 mile round trip in weather that would pass for summer in Scotland! Lovely wee run.
Put the Battery back on it and enjoyed my first ride of the year taking in the Essex Branch meet as the focal point. My newly purchased Gel Seat Pad fulfilled it’s promise and I re-affirmed what a super little Bike the Small Breva is. High point of the day was meeting and being insulted by the legendary Baldrick.

Rode over to the club meet at Llanbister as planned on the old loopyframe. Mainly in light rain and fog. The bike’s going really well after the head gasket change and I enjoyed the run. Think the camera van in Ponterwyd might have got me though!

On the way home from work in the rain on the Breva I detoured to “Rust n relics” and bought some brake blocks. When I got home I abandoned the Breva in the rain and installed the brake blocks on my bicycle. Then garaged the Breva
Yesterday evening.
My lil’Breva stopped charging last week plus I wanted the Fuel filter and internal hoses changed.
TB delivered it last night. £60.00 total including pickup and delivery.
I cannot complain about that.
So he went back with the Bella to change the speedo senor.
The world is a better place.
I received in the post a pair of rocker covers for the 750S, the high ones as for loops but drilled for breathers. Great brand new condition and at a fair price, the customs VAT charge made me whine but all in all a great deal from the USA.
Now I have to decide what to do with the old welded up (falling over damage) polished ones. Anyone out there with a V7 Sport, 750S or 850T in need of characterful rocker covers? The could be used on loops but you would want to plug the holes with nut and bolt and a fiber washer either side.
I sent the seat off to be recovered, but I still haven’t started on the engine. Now that the shed is getting warmer I might be tempted to strip it down soon…
Mot’d the T3 this morning, now thats 1 Guzzi ready for the Scottish Rally, just have to pick another now for Fi to use 
I cleared all the furniture out of my garage, I can now see my Breva
hopefully I will get a chance to ride it soon
Fired up the centauro,
it’s stood for 18 months, (other bikes got in the way), tank still full from 2015 put a new battery on it , we have ignition…pressed the button and it fired straight up ,
